Webinar Package Agreement – Ton Jansen 2024
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date of purchase between Ton Jansen Homeopathy, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller,” and the name used during the purchase, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer.”
I. Webinar Package Inclusion:
The Buyer agrees to purchase a full-year foundation package of Ton Jansen webinars for the year (“2024 Foundation Package“). The Webinar Package includes the following webinars:
- Foundations + Treatment of Flu
- ADHD
- Human Chemistry case-taking
- Menstrual cycle issues
- Using blood tests in your practice – Part I
- Depression and its drug treatment
- Using blood tests in your practice – Part II
- Patient management of skin problems
- Using blood tests in your practice – Part III
II. Exclusions:
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Webinar Package covers only the webinars listed in Section I above. Any additional webinars, topics, or activities added by Ton Jansen during the year 2024 that are not explicitly mentioned in Section 1 are not included in this Agreement and will need to be paid for separately.
III. Package Cost:
The total cost of the Webinar Package is €280 (Euros). The Buyer agrees to make the payment in full before accessing any of the webinars included in the package.
IV. Cost Savings:
The Webinar Package offers a significant cost savings of approximately €70 compared to purchasing each webinar individually.
V. Payment Terms:
If this Package is chosen, payment must be made in full before the Buyer can access any webinars. The Seller will provide payment instructions upon acceptance of this Agreement. If any of the included webinars have been purchased before purchasing the 2024 Foundation Package, please contact Roger Savage to discuss payment terms and any eligibility for a discount from the Webinar Package.
VI. Term:
This Agreement is valid for the entire calendar year of 2024.
VII. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
VII. Miscellaneous:
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
- Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
